Important information
On 6 June 2025, Totally Plc, Greenbrook Healthcare (Hounslow) Limited and Vocare Limited (together, the ‘Companies’) entered Administration and Timothy Vance and Samuel James Woodward, partners of EY-Parthenon’s Turnaround and Restructuring Strategy team, were appointed as Joint Administrators. The appointments were made by the Companies’ Directors under the provisions of Paragraph 22(2) of Schedule B1 to the Insolvency Act 1986. As licensed Insolvency Practitioners, the Joint Administrators are bound by the Insolvency Code of Ethics when carrying out all professional work relating to the Administration.
Shortly following their appointment, the Joint Administrators completed a sale of the business and certain assets of the Companies to PHL Group Holdco Limited and PHL Group V1 Limited, and the businesses are continuing to trade under new ownership.

Totally also delivers additional clinical capacity through insourcing and outsourcing arrangements to trusts and hospitals tackling growing waiting lists. Our corporate customer services play a role in reducing reliance on healthcare by promoting healthy lifestyles and physical and mental health.
